Thank you for posting this here.  It gives me the opportunity to explain how our guarantee works.

Yes we do guarantee our oboe reeds.  You know that because you used the guarantee this past November to replace a reed that wasn&#039;t working for you.  

In that instance, you received your reeds and requested an exchange right away. Thank you.

However we do not guarantee reeds for weeks and months after the reeds have been received and played.  

Perhaps you will find someone who will.  Best of luck...</description>

		<description>Tip way too long. The cost of the reed does not equate to the quality at all. The reeds also leak badly. Maybe could be used as a sound effect, but definitely not in an oboe.</description>

		<description>send out bad reeds that crack and blame you for not being a good reed caretaker methods.  therefore renigging on their established warranty that the give. they just send you elsewhere to find your reeds after you have paid them 30.00 for their reeds.</description>
