Tried their Cor Anglais reeds. Suit my Ward & Winterbourne very well. Good dynamic range, dont close up and consistent one reed to another.

These are great reeds. They are easy to play straight away and have a lovely tone.

They are quite nice, reliable reeds, although the sound is a bit light for my taste. However, they do seem to go ‘off’ quite quickly.

I have bought Cor Anglais reeds for students from Stray Reeds and have found them very reliable, producing a good sound and easy for students to control.

I really like these reeds and the darker sound they make. They do seem to be a bit harder than other reeds of the same strength, but nonetheless they are gutsy and worth persevering with.
